ATTENDANCE:

Attendance Chairman Herb Spierling reported that he had received an email communication from Sir Fritz Maurer proposing that guests who attend the luncheon meetings repeatedly must comply with the same attendance rules as members. Sir Spierling reported that Sir Lee Allendorf had notified him that he will be undergoing extensive medical treatment and will not be able to attend luncheon meetings for the foreseeable future. Following a short discussion, Big Sir Denhard requested that Sir Spierling talk with Sir Allendorf about going on inactive status until he would be able to again attend the luncheon meetings.

Sir Spierling reported that 29 Sirs had called that they would not be attending Thursday’s luncheon. Assistant Attendance Chairman Bill Bamford reported that, to date, 10 guests will be attending.
